Is this a survey?

No. Our reports help you decide what to investigate and what to ask. They do not replace a survey, a valuation or advice from a solicitor or conveyancer.

Where does the data come from?

Police.uk for crime, the Environment Agency for flood risk, HM Land Registry for sold prices, the EPC register for energy ratings, Ofcom for broadband and Google Maps for places and journeys. We combine it, score it and explain it.

How long does the free snapshot take?

A couple of minutes. It is emailed to you, and you do not need an account to get it.

What if you do not have the data for a home?

We say so. Anything we could not establish is marked “not known”, with what to check and who to ask, rather than guessed.

Can I cancel the Buyer Pass?
